Warnings:Nothing serious. Flangst, original characters, lots and lots of talking
Summary:Professor Malfoy's world is contained, controlled, and as solitary as he can make it, but when an act of petty revenge goes horribly awry, he and his trusty six-legged friend are thrown into Hogwarts life at the deep end and must learn to live, love and let go.
Why I loved it:I don't really believe that there is anyone that missed the delightful, brilliant and just perfect story in the hd_smoochfest fest. Please feel free to read it over again, just one more time. This story was a gem such a delight to read from start to finish. I plan to re read this soon it is so squeeee worthy. This story just makes me feel happy and content.
Draco captivated me during the story watching him slowely learn to open up to others around him. He started learning how to have fun, enjoy things around him. I loved how Draco's life changed and he just talked with other's and Harry of coarse. I adore Draco to pieces and can tell the author adores him as well. The pace of the story felt right, not forced or rushed at all. All the canon characters other teachers and students, felt alive with detail and personality.
Harry was just well perfectly Harry, spot on brilliant.
I never expected to fall in love with a beetle and want one of my very own. I am not a bug person, but can make an exception for Stanley in his little booties. *g*
Title:Out For A Walk
Warnings:Stanley!!! Haha :D He's so awesome, he needs to be warned for :)
Additional Notes:I kinda added a lot of my own imagination to this, so I'm sorry if it doesn't exactly fit any scene :D I may have drawn Stanley too big since he's supposed to be the size 'of a small cat' but well :D Hehe :) (PS: Also, I guess technically Stanley's shell should be green but I was already finished with the blue willow pattern before I realized that, haha *hides* Sorry about that :D)
Why I loved it:She captured Stanley perfectly, he looks soooooooooo adoreable. I want a Stanley of my very own. He is perfect with all the detail in the drawing. He has booties on and she did a blue shell and another picture with a green shell. His willow pattern is delicately drawn just perfect. Draco and Harry look so sweet and romantic in the drawing along with a stunning snowy background. Yet I feel they are getting upstaged by a wonderful beetle. LOL!
