Raving over a Classic Wuthering Heights!
I think it's time I re watch the brilliance of Wuthering Heights. It's been to long and talking of things that make you cry the end speech of Heathcliff to Cathy as he stands over her is just so romantic, heartbreaking and creepyish. But to have someone feel for you what he feels for her most men would roll their eyes but I melt inside at these words...

Be with me always. Take any form, drive me mad, only do not leave me in this dark alone where I cannot find you."

"I cannot live without my life! I cannot die without my soul!"

This is just shiver worthy for me.

Also Laurence Olivier was so young and gorgeous in this film. What a heartthrob :)

I have read the book, but I must admit to finding it more creepy than romantic.

A young Laurence Olivier on the other hand is far from creepy! :)

Mmmm yes I can understand that but it could also be looked at as very unhealthy. But it calls to my romantic to the point of crazed obsession and a part of me will always pant over that with any pairing I enjoy ;)
