Have you ever met a celebrity in real life? Who was it and how did your paths cross?

I met Daniel Radcliffe in NY when I went there in October(With a few lj friends). I met him after Equus. We spoke talked and I got so close I could breathe in his scent. He smells wonderful. :) He's so sweet and nice to his fans oh and I also made him blush when I complemented him. (I just remembered that)

I used to work in the film industry so I've met a fair few. Most memerable? Dominic M., Ewan McGregor- who gave me a kiss, Richard Hatch- who also kissed me (I have no shame), a couple other Trainspotting actors, Jason Connery (Sean's son), quite a few Star Wars and Star Trek actors and a couple from Gladiator and Titanic. Also, a few of B5 people, and a stage actor named Christian Camargo who's been in Dexter and a few movies. He and I email back and forth still. Also a fair number of TV folk in the UK.

I'm sure there are others, but no HP people as of yet-that's not true- there's a couple but they were minor characters and I can't remember their names. Oh duh! Briefly met Alan Rickman- that is to say- I had to drop off a video tape my flatmate borrowed from him at his house. That was years ago, before HP.

I was hoping to work on PoA, but my kids coming along put the kybosh on that:)

I've met a fair number of politicians too, but they're boring. Hee hee.

I totally must have missed you posting this. I vividly remember when I saw Dan at Jimmy Kimmel live. That was so much fun.
You got him to blush. LOL.
My list of celebs is so long cuz its my hobby. But I've now met a good chunk of the HP crew. But I would like to meet DanRad.

I met Courtney Love after a show back when she was touring with Marylin Manson. My friend and I ran behind the venue, hoping to get a glimpse of Manson, but we saw Courtney instead. And here's the kicker: she wasn't half the loony psycho bitch she later came to be. Go figure these things out.
