Happy Sunday  
I hope everyone had a great day today. My sons birthday went well we had a fun time. He didn't want a party so we invited family up and I fixed his favorite Surprise bottom cupcakes and they turned out perfect.(I can't believe he's 14 now)

I'm watching Lost on tv and look forward to it starting up again. I need to move on from certain deaths mabye some year I will. LOL yeah right :)

Here's the recipe

Surprise Bottom Cupcakes

I box of chocolate cake mix as per directions

Filling: 8 oz cream cheese,1/3 sugar,1/2 t salt,I egg mix together and add 6 oz chocolate chips.

Mix and drop by teaspoons on batter in cups. Frosting optional....Bake as directed

I frost them with whipped dark chocolate or whipped cream cheese frosting both are so good. :)
