Title: I Bet That You Look Good on the Dancefloor
Author:birdsofshore
Rating:Explicit
Word Count:27,970
Warnings:Internalised homaphobia
Summary:Harry felt lit up from inside as soon as he entered the bar. There were blokes dancing together, their bodies close to one another, not keeping a wary distance as Harry was always careful to do when he was near another man. God, he wanted this – wanted it so much he could taste it, a metallic tang of heat and desire. He suspected nothing would ever be the same again – especially when he saw who else was in the room.

Why I loved it:I adored each and every word of this delightful, wonderful captivating story. The story was fast paced and it flowed so well. I loved how well she wrote both Harry and Draco

Draco was so sexy in eyeliner, skin tight jeans, nail polish and his new tattoo. Draco is someone you can count on to be brutally honest. He was such a complex and fascinating character. Harry and Draco just sizzled together with the pent up desire and need you could feel it surrounding them.

Harry was so shy and coming to terms with his true self. He was still timed about so many things. He struggles with his sexuality and it wasn't easy for him like it was with Draco. I envied him being able to watch Draco dancing on the dance floor looking like a fallen angel. :)))))))))

The sex is on fire hot I looooooooooved those two coming together and the rimming mmmmmmmmmmmm. This line along with so many more were brilliant.....Kissing Malfoy was like lighting a fuse. Or maybe the fuse had been lit years before, but it was only now that Harry felt the inexorable smoulder of it creeping along every nerve. *swoons* Read this gorgeous story or read it again it's worth it.

Excerpt(optional):It was nearly ten years ago that Harry had first stepped into Diagon Alley with Hagrid's hulking figure at his side, but he still remembered the great sweeping rush of awe as the bricks had parted for them, revealing the magical world hidden beyond. How he had stared. The strangeness of it all had almost overwhelmed him, yet even as his pulse hammered in his ears, he had felt the thrum of recognition. That this was where he belonged – that these oddly-dressed, rather outlandish-seeming people were his people.
He had much the same reaction on walking into a gay bar for the first time.

Harry wouldn't have given it a second look if he had been walking past on his own. The Three Wise Monkeys, tucked under railway arches in South London, had a neon sign bearing its name over the door, but nothing to prepare Harry for the feeling of once again having fallen down a rabbit hole into Wonderland.

Will and Morrie were nowhere near as imposing as Hagrid, but Harry was just as grateful for the comfort of their presence as they steered him down the stairs, past the doorman and into the dark, throbbing space of the bar.

The Kitchen Thieves (And the kitchen herself)

Summary:
In a deserted cottage miles away from Hogsmeade, two young spirits waited for a new owner to call the place home. One day, Auror Harry Potter bought the cottage. One evening, farm wizard Draco Malfoy showed up to spend the night with Harry...and steal a pepper shaker from the kitchen. Maybe Kate can tell you all about them? She’s the spirit who looks after the kitchen, and she’s got quite a bit to say…

I'm still having a hard time finding the right words to describe this fic. It's unbelievably gorgeous and heartbreaking. It brought me happines then reduced me to tear's. I wondered if I could enjoy the 3 person pov. I had no reason to fear it was brilliant.

I feel just like one of the commentators whiskeyandwildflowers like I could never convey with words how much this fic moved me. It was so painful at times but worth it. The ending was beautiful just so lovely.

This was so powerful and moving I'm just in awe. Do yourself a favor and read this gem. You can always trust me and know that the ending is just perfect.
