I hope everyone had a good day today even though It's very cool and rainy here. The temperature keeps dropping. Well we finally got our daughter involved with dance classes and she loves them so far. It's so pricey that who knows how long we will be able to keep her going. I always wanted Taylor involved in dance so that's great she is going with a friend.

Betty Boop Glitters

Microwave Chocolate Cake for One I haven't made this yet but I'm going to and wanted to share it with you all too. *smooches* Let me know if you make it and what you think!!!

Mix together in a microwave safe bowl:
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
½ teaspoons baking powder
dash salt
some nuts (optional)

Stir in until smooth:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons milk

sprinkle on top:
1 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Then, take ½ cup water and heat it in the microwave. Pour it over the mixture in the bowl and microwave for 4 minutes (note: that's how long it takes in my microwave, but it depends on the microwave's power. Your mileage may vary). Top with ice cream if desired.
